I’ve been having issues with this app since I downloaded the iOS 12 software to my phone. Every time I try to open the app it will freeze and if I take a picture with it sometimes it won’t save it. I find myself having to delete and then re-download the app and then will still have the same issues. Please fix because I love this app so much!

Unfortunately freezes right after I take a photo! Absolutely useless!

This app doesn’t work anymore with the current OS. Anyone experiencing this? I loved this app and it stopped working about two a week ago. Please fix the bugs. Thank you

This app is great if you want to open it to take photos but you can edit photos you already have which essentially makes it useless for me.

I really like the effect MagiCam gives my photos but I’ve missed many photo opportunities because of the interruption of “Do you want to delete this image?” Please, developers, either make the app automatically delete older images (they are, after all, saved to the photos library automatically) or make it simple to clear the MagiCam library.

Takes great photos, but the constant nag to delete photos, just as you’re trying to get another shot, makes the app intolerable.

Takes great photos but needs to be periodically reinstalled. You'll know it's time to delete and reinstall when the app asks if it's OK to delete a photo from your library after every photo you snap. Deleting and reinstalling fixes this. I've seen this issue for about a year. Not new to iOS 11. Not a huge problem but irritating. Still use the app because it indeed takes great photos. Worth the annoyance.

Magicam takes nice pics, but it keeps asking me if i want to delete previous photos. Other users are complaining about the same bug. Don’t buy until this bug is fixed.

I like this app for quick snaps that I don’t have time to mess with other camera apps that take too long to set up for some moments. But once you’ve taken 54 photos, you have to delete the app and reinstall to force clear the cache, or suffer an obnoxious warning asking if you want to allow MagiCam to delete the first picture taken off of all of your devices including the cloud, and you have to answer no every time. And that is horrible and causes it to become almost impossible to use. I’ve found less annoying apps that are almost as good and quicker to use because of that stupid feature and no ability to clear the photo roll without deleting the photos from the photo roll and everywhere. Please fix this, and include a setting that allows you to empty the roll in the app without deleting the photos, or deleting the app.

Whenever I take a picture, the app asks me to delete an older picture. I have 20+ GB available on phone. No way to contact customer support. Oh, this is the paid version also.

Front facing camera doesn't work! Pic look weird! Not worth money!

Photos are sharp and vibrant but it continuously asks if I want to delete a photo. This is a simple fix that the developers seem to be dragging their feet on fixing. Also there is no contact information to contact the developers directly. Please fix the bug and all will be well in the universe.

I have been reading multiple reviews on here that are saying the same thing: continuous crashing AND the app constantly asks you if you want to delete an old picture. Why!? Are the developers unable to fix these issues? People keep asking…

This app used to be great until about a year ago with an update I'm assuming....... now it crashes all the time, takes forever to take a photo, and wants to delete an old picture after it takes one. Do the creators of this app pay attention or use this app at all themselves? Disappointed. Took a good app and made it annoying a worthless.

Why does it keep trying to delete previously taken photos every time I take a new photo?

Please make it Available to Camera Roll and accessible from photos. Both the MagicCam and Camera+ are the best photo apps i can recommend to anyone.

Cannot use front facing camera. Filters are very elementary, even for a beginner. No setting or info icons. Some pics of the same images vary in fuzziness. For a one shot then edit camera you will end up deleting more than you keep. DisappointedThe first few reviews cannot possibly be about this app. There is not felt I have waisted my money.here is not a way that I see where one could ask for a refun. Bait n switch .

We could not adjust distance at all. Hard to focus our subject. Ask us to set a mood and then used that filter to pic. Could not just take a basic pic and then alter. Waste!

How do I get a REFUND!

Can't control flash, can't use front facing camera. Needs an update for a 7+.

You need to add video and the ability to enhance existing photos too and not just present photos taken with the app.

This app is for people who like to take excellent photos without the hassle and aggravation with other camera apps. Nothing to set or decide, just snap the photo, the app decides wha needs to be done in the background in order to get an excellent photo.

If there was better filters it would be awesome

Just purchased this app because I love the sister app, Camera+. This crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME A PHOTO IS TAKEN. I can open it up again, and my photo IS there, but very frustrating. The rendering is decent, and I will be glad to update this rating once this crash bug is fixed.

When I first got this app, it worked great. But after a couple months, it now crashes every time I use it. It makes the shutter sound, then may start the sparkle, but then always crashes, and the picture isn't saved. Glad I have Camera+, which is stable. I sure hope they fix it soon - it was good while it lasted.

Takes photo, crashes. OS 9.2.1 iPhone 5s Mildly annoying. This is/was my favorite effect-y photo app.

You cannot upload any photos from your camera roll. You have too open the app and take the picture, then edit. Kind of disappointing that I can't upload any previously taken photos I want to edit.

I was excited to be able to take better- quick photos with this app unfortunately nothing is quick because the app crashes after every shot! This last shot shut my phone completely off as if from a dead battery- but alas I am still at 30%! Pain in the butt! And I see posts with the same complaint since October? Seriously? I feel kinda cheated.😩

I've had this app about 2 years it was great at first, love all the possibilities and the clarity it can give a dull picture, but it's got some severe issues!! It closes down after ever picture, and I have to reopen the app to take another for each picture. It also one load to saved pictures, it's a bit and miss thing, sometimes the picture won't show up at all. Please fix this and improve you app... Not deprive it!!

Using IOS 9.1 app takes pic and all, but shuts down after every picture. This is annoying.

This used to be a solid, quick way to snap a nicely enhanced photo. Since installing iOS9 you can no longer take pictures. Just results in a crash back to the home screen. Tried contacting the developer through their web page, but no response.

This used to be my go to photo app. But it's been constantly crashing for the last few months. Please fix this problem!

The app now closes unexpectedly after every picture taken and am waiting for the app to have an update to fix this problem

Also as bad as when you can't get the developer. This app has no setting to import photos. If it does it crashes before you will find it. The app knows it's crashing. It send crash logs to the developer. If you can't make an ap that works, don't charge people money for it.

Keeps crashing when I take a picture. It's unusable now. Old review follows: Makes pictures look great without giving them an artificial filter look. It has become my go to camera app.

I used to love this app but it no longer works on my iPhone 6s running iOS 9. It crashes whenever I snap a photo. Please fix it. It was my favorite quick-shot app.

Wanted to try this app because I love Camera +. Bummed out that the app keeps crashing. When it works, it's a great app! Hope the crashing issue will be fixed soon.

Love this app. I use this all the time when taking pictures, but now I have to re-open the app after every shot. I will change review when this is fixed! So pretty please with sugar on top, fix this F&@king app!

The app crashes after every picture taken on the 6S Plus. It receives 3 stars because I can go back into the app and manipulate the photo taken, but it is a pain that it crashes after every single capture.
